Tom Joyce Darien
Thomas Joyce is a Darien, Connecticut-based business leader with over four decades of experience in financial services for premier firms. Tom Joyce has proven his competence and skills in domestic and international markets, regulatory reform, trading technology, and client services.
Since 2017, Tom Joyce is a partner in the Montauk Distilling Company (MDC), a world-class craft spirits company founded in August 2013. He has guided MDC in its production of award-winning spirits and the marketing efforts designed to bring the handcrafted, small-batch spirits to every consumer level.
Before joining MDC, Thomas Joyce spent 35 years working in financial services holding various senior positions at Knight Capital Group, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., and Merrill Lynch.
Tom has held positions on the Board of Directors for SIFMA, NASDAQ, and Archipelago. He has been on the Board of Special Olympics Connecticut and is also a member of SAG-AFTRA.
Joyce is a member of the Harvard Varsity Club’s Athletic Hall of Fame; he earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard in 1977.
Tom Joyce is married to Lisa. They have three grown children and live in Darien, Connecticut.
